Split Pay Plan – Terms & Conditions

By selecting the Split Pay Plan at checkout, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

🔹 Payment Terms

You agree to a two-part payment:

50% due today (initial payment)

50% due no later than the 7th day after purchase or before accessing Unit 5 of the course — whichever comes first.

The second payment will be automatically charged to the payment method used for the first payment.

🔹 Course Access Conditions

You will receive immediate access after your first payment.

Progress beyond Unit 5 will be restricted unless your second payment has been successfully processed.

If the payment fails or is not completed:

Your course access will be revoked without notice.

You will be required to pay the remaining balance in full to regain access.

Your previous progress may not be saved or restored.

🔹 No Refund Policy

All payments made under the Split Pay Plan are final and non-refundable.

This includes the initial and final payments, regardless of course usage, login activity, or access status.

🔹 Chargebacks

You agree not to dispute charges or file a chargeback.

Any chargeback attempt will:

Result in permanent ban from future programs

Trigger removal from the current course

Be referred to collections, including added fees

🔹 Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is active, valid, and has sufficient funds.

No additional reminders will be sent before the second charge.

By completing your purchase, you confirm you understand and agree to these terms.
